Euclid Group contingent leads discussions on spectrum of topics at Florida Land Use Conference

The Euclid Group and Shubin Law Group were active participants at the recent Florida Land Use Conference, with members of the urban planning and land use companion firms leading discussions on a spectrum of topics at the annual gathering.

The conference was organized by Shubin Law Group co-counsels Robert Lincoln and Stacy Dillard-Spahn and sponsored by The Euclid Group.

Highlights at the 24th annual conference, which was held August 22-23 in Tampa, included:

— Lincoln, co-chair of the conference, delivered opening remarks and spoke on the limits of land use regulation and new developments in case law.

—  John K. Shubin, CEO of Shubin Law Group and The Euclid Group, addressed conference attendees on “How Local Governments Fight Affordable Housing and How Developers Can Fight Back.”

— Alexandria Ayala and Liana Kozlowski examined functional and ethical concerns involving public relations in land use disputes.
