ALEXANDRIA AYALA
Public Policy

Alexandria Ayala’s career has been defined by public service, advocacy, and community development. Starting as a District Senior Secretary in the Florida House of Representatives, she gained hands-on experience in constituent services and legislative policy. This led to a role as a Legislative Aide for Palm Beach County, where she worked directly on countywide policies, land use regulations, and economic development initiatives.

In 2020, Alexandria made history by becoming the youngest and first Latina elected to the Palm Beach County School Board, where she navigated the complex challenges of education policy, public health crises, and workforce development.

Now, as Director of Public Policy at The Euclid Group, Alexandria bridges the gap between government, private industry, and communities, working to modernize regulatory frameworks, drive economic growth, and shape the future of South Florida’s urban landscape.

Committed to empowering the community through engagement and service, Alexandria is proud to serve on the boards of various organizations throughout Palm Beach County.

Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Palm Springs, Florida, Alexandria graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in Journalism Studies.
