John K. Shubin, founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Euclid Group and Shubin Law Group, has been invited to join The Florida Council of 100, a distinguished and influential body of state leaders in business, academia and government.
The Council, formed in 1961, is an exclusive network of business leaders who work together to enhance the economy and quality of life for all Floridians.
According to its website, the Council’s members “serve on the boards of the state’s leading institutions and have significant influence globally. The Council identifies and capitalizes on these relationships to align resources, promote smart policy solutions, and scale our impact.”
Shubin, a Miami native, has been a prominent lawyer and strategic advisor on complex real estate and land-use matters in South Florida for more than three decades, and has represented stakeholders of all varieties, including real estate owners, developers, investors, lenders and local governments.
His firm’s offices are in Miami, West Palm Beach and Tampa.
Shubin’s term with the Council is set to start on Jan. 1.
