Stephen A. Weber is founder and president of Sheffield and Windsor, a boutique consulting company that supports and enhances the sales and marketing efforts of companies and organizations throughout the United States.

Stephen has a strong background with 3 decades of experience building relationships and negotiating mutually beneficial brand partnerships.

His career has included sales and marketing work with the Miami Heat, Toronto Raptors and Phoenix Suns of the National Basketball Association, as well as consulting projects for a number of professional sports franchises, including the Calgary Flames, Golden State Warriors, Anaheim Ducks and Anaheim Angels.
