Robert Kaplan is an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield with over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate investment banking, sales, leasing, management and law.

Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield in its Miami office, Robert was a Principal of The Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group, LLC, where he worked on many of the largest and most complex sale and finance transactions in the southeast U.S.
