Nicole Travis is Chief Executive Officer of URP Advisors, a team of experts in strategic advising, public administration, real estate development and housing, with an emphasis on public-private partnerships and community collaborations.

Nicole has more than 20 years of experience in public and private development, served as the lead negotiator for major real estate transactions, and has held numerous leadership roles, including COO/Administrator of Development and Economic Activity of the city of Tampa, Florida.

She has received numerous state and regional awards, including the 2019 Tampa Bay Business Journal Woman of the Year and the Urban Land Institute Trendsetter Award.
