K. DENISE HAIRE
Land Use & Development Counsel

Denise Haire focuses her practice on land use, zoning, administrative, and governmental law. She represents developers, landowners, and municipalities on issues related to comprehensive planning, development approvals, property rights, and zoning. She has experience counseling clients and defending approvals on a wide variety of projects including residential communities, condominiums, hotels, mixed-use buildings, and office developments.

Denise has extensive experience addressing local government issues. Prior to joining Shubin Law Group, P.A., Denise served as Assistant City Attorney for the City of West Palm Beach where she represented the city in land use litigation, real estate matters, and appellate proceedings as well as advised quasi-judicial boards and municipal committees.
