Land Use & Development

Ian DeMello focuses his practice on land use, zoning and municipal law. He represents developers, individual landowners and municipalities on issues related to development approvals, permitting and zoning for multi-family, commercial, and institutional buildings. His practice also extends to administrative appeals and appellate matters before the Eleventh Judicial Circuit's Appellate Division and the Third District Court of Appeal.
