ALEXANDRA POSES
Urban Strategist

Alexandra Poses is an analyst, planner, and designer who develops data-driven strategies and tools that serve both public and private sector needs. Her work spans multifamily housing underwriting, product and policy development, and urban economic analysis—shaped by a systems-oriented mindset and fluency with integrated software and data platforms.

Before founding exelant, Alexandra held roles at Fannie Mae Multifamily (FNMA) and HR&A Advisors (HR&A), where she advanced housing policy and investment strategy. She has also served as a tutor, researcher, and student at the University of Virginia (UVA), and explored the intersection of cities and technology at the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia (IaaC).
