Mark Grafton, a Development Consultant with The Euclid Group, has been chosen as one of 36 professionals to the Urban Land Institute’s 2025 Leadership Institute Cohort.
The ULI Leadership Institute is “an immersive and engaging leadership program that educates emerging leaders and prepares them with the tools to solve South Florida’s most critical real estate and land use issues.”
The ‘25 Cohort includes “real estate professionals from throughout Southeast Florida, including developers, designers, attorneys, engineers, bankers, planners, brokers and other real estate professionals from both the public and private sectors.”
Grafton focuses his practice at TEG on navigating complex land use and zoning regulatory frameworks, negotiating and drafting a wide variety of agreements relating to real property, and representing individuals, businesses, and governmental entities in resolving complex land use disputes.
In addition to his role with TEG, Grafton is also an attorney for Shubin Law Group.
