Urban Strategist

An analyst, planner and designer by training, Alexandra develops data-based strategies and products that serve public and private needs. Her experience in affordable housing underwriting and renter product strategy, public program and policy development, and urban economic analysis informs her approach and practice.

Prior to joining The Euclid Group, she was a student, tutor and researcher at the University of Virginia; real estate professional at Fannie Mae Multifamily and HR&A Advisors, Inc; and student of City and Technology at the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia.
